Remote Setup includes one import cycle for items, customers, suppliers and opening stock, one correction round, and a 90-minute administrator training session. Local Site Launch adds one scheduled on-site launch visit up to four hours in participating Uniway store service areas.

Phone Support includes two scheduled calls per month, up to 20 minutes each; unused calls do not roll over and extra calls are $35 per 20 minutes. Local On-site Care includes one scheduled local visit per month, up to two hours; unused visits do not roll over and extra visits are $149 in participating service areas. Emergency Response includes the first hour of remote response, then $125/hour after the first hour. Business-critical incidents only, subject to availability.
