Guided demos & examples
See the workflow.
Ask better questions.
Operator-led sessions use sample data to explore a practical process. ERP demonstrations, project concepts, and the limited restaurant pilot have different readiness boundaries, explained below.
Guided demonstration
Follow the business record.
Walk through an ERPNext example using sample customers, items, orders, and inventory. Discuss how the standard records might fit your own operation.
- Customer request to order and invoice
- Purchasing, receiving, and stock visibility
- Reporting and the documents behind it
A demonstration shows selected workflows. Your configuration, imports, integrations, and acceptance checks still need an agreed implementation scope.
Request a guided ERP demoProject concept
Make the service hand-off visible.
Use an example workflow to discuss intake, quotation, customer approval, work status, and collection. Consider which information belongs with staff and which could be visible to a customer.
This is a guided concept with sample data, not an available customer portal product. Screens, access controls, integrations, and customer notifications must be scoped and built for the project.
Discuss the repair conceptProject concept
See what a number needs to explain.
Explore an example reporting workflow: identify an approved source, agree on a definition, review exceptions, and trace the result back to the records.
This concept uses sample data. It is not a ready-to-connect reporting product. Data permissions, metric definitions, refresh needs, and validation are part of a separately scoped project.
Discuss a reporting exampleLimited pilot
Walk through a sample service.
An operator-led pilot can illustrate ordering, kitchen hand-offs, and day-end review with sample data. There is no self-service public demo or live payment processing in this session.
Real payment and printer hardware, offline operation, taxes, refunds, and concurrent cashiers have not completed acceptance for production use. These checks must pass for the intended setup before a live rollout can be considered.
Make a session useful
Bring a workflow, not private records.
Tell us the business type, the tools you use, and the hand-off you want to improve. We’ll confirm what can be shown and prepare sample data. Please do not send passwords or sensitive customer information.
